A man on youtube says he is a Veteran and has VA information
His name is Frank Sutherland, he has what appear to be Army Medals on the shelf behind him, I do not know, and he does not say which Branch he Served in. A youtube link is below. Be cautious when listening or using his advice for dealing with the VA.
