Good afternoon, everyone, I received an email earlier today about the SM1 Munro Ceremony, here is the updated information. I added the ” and the * for clarity. That may seem weird to some, but it was easier to present the information like this.
“Your presence is requested at the 83rd Anniversary Ceremony commemorating SM1 Douglas A. Munro for his heroism and gallantry during combat action at Point Cruz, Guadalcanal on September 27, 1942.”
*Date: Friday, 26 September 2025 at 1100. Place: Laurel Hill Memorial Cemetery, Cle Elum, Washington. Uniform service dress blue or branch equivalent, civilian business casual. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all there!*
